So recently i was an exhibitor of Brighton wedding spectacular Quaint Queer Weird.

When walking inside there was a Narnia inspired theme, and to make it all so realistic it was Freezing that day!
The entertainment on the stage was great, the compare was the lovely Dawn Gracie (Who i then went to do her makeup) Joe black and burlesque dancer Bruise violet.

there was entertainment on the stage every 15/30 mins. This also included a Fashion show, and at one point Sussex Falconry even did a demonstration as to how there owls deliver the rings.

I for one had a fabulous day, met loads of wonderful people!
I Had my own booth as was offering mini makeovers, everyone loved it, and my beautiful LASPLASH glitter!

My most recent buys-

IMATS 2013 (international makeup artist trade show)

Into makeup? IMATS is the place to be, full with loads of makeup (of course) key speakers, and a massive vibe.

I have been the last 2 years, this year was the most exciting due to that i had more money. Managed to go to the Pro event the day before. This is a chance where you can shop for 4 hours without the main event- a lot less people. its usually best to do all your shopping on this day if you can get to the pro event. Previous years have been taken places at Alexander palace, this year was held at Olympia. This venue was smaller but the layout was great, as usual.

My buys;
Left to right; LASPLASH Glitter, 5 glitters for £25 and the adhesive for around £8. This is beautiful, i bought a silver, gold confetti pieces, black, multi coloured and white glitter, the white is more of a purple shimmer when applied.

ROYAL & LANQNICKEL S.I.L.K- Dome powder C130, Eyeliner C475 and another eyeliner one

CHIQUE- 25 Disposable mascara wands £3.00

OCC (obsessive compulsive cosmetics)- Concealer- best concealer i've used yet- 100% vegan and cruelty free £10

NYX- silicone based primer, Mascara, eyebrow filler with wax (these 3 were simply for me) about £17 for all

NARS, 60% off!- 5 lip gloss set- one clear, 3 nude and 1 red £12.50
6 colour pallet, 2 blues, shimmery black, light pink, 2 light golds/cream £12.50
lip gloss, bright pink- Amazing- £7.50

BEN NYE- blusher pallet from last season- £10. There last one. Such a small amount is needed due to being incredibly strong- great for fashion

This is me having a play with all my buys when i arrived home

Jewelery

I never was into wearing lots of jewelery before, I wear a necklace that i never remove, Has a stone and a circle with a love heart in it, this was from my mother/step dad, since then my boyfriend has bought me a necklace with a Star on it, this has been added to the same chain. All of this has been from silverado. Also including a bracelet i don't remove which is from my sisters.

I also wear 3 bracelets on the other hand, one from Disneyland, Tunisia and turkey. Hopefully ill have a collection some point! (soon preferably but i'm not that rich!)

Got some beautiful necklaces
My Pocket watch-
Never used it!
bought at Xmas from a charity shop, had to buy some battery's but fully working,
such detail- this was the only design that was relevant to hunting!
My Bird cage- Absolutely love this one. My best friend gave it to me, i think it was originally from Primark, Has a little birdy inside. Only annoyance is that it does make a irritating jingle!

Tinks! We all love a bit on Tinks!
 To go perfectly with my fairy dust!
Bought this item of Becky Jane boutique too! Great delivery service!
My Fairy dust! Everyone needs a bit in there life!
Originally bought to be some potion from Harry Potter,
Bought by my best friend!
Instead this turned up....

Everyone thinks its Sweeties inside..
Sadly not. Has a chain around the edge saying 'Love'
My Carriage-
This is my favorite at the moment, So beautiful and delicate. such beautiful detail!
This was bought from Becky Jane's boutique. This Carriage opens up as the top and bottom are attached with an magnet!

First blog- About me!

About me-

Makeup Artist, born and raise in the heart of Brighton and Hove, England. Live about 40 minutes walk from the beach and central town- Lovely!
I first started getting interested in Makeup when i went to the BRIT school of performing arts and production- to study technical theatre. I initially went to become a lighting designer after doing it for 2 years at school. In production you are made to study Stage management, costume, lighting, sound, carpentry and all aspects. My Costume tutor held a Stage Makeup course 1 day a week (which was often cancelled due to it being a dressing room)

Brit was great! Worked with Dance, musical theatre, theatre, and music. ( does also do media and art strands) My favorite production we ever did for me would have been RENT! I made the phone box and did Angels makeup for quick scenes (if you haven't seen it then angel is a drag queen within the show)

Since then i have worked with production company's such as BokoCreative and John said productions;
Working on short films, feature films, commercials, advertising, music videos and all sorts!
I do a lot of photography shoots as well!

My first bulk of makeup about 2 years ago from Crown brushes;
Defiantly upgraded since then but great starter kit! Nude pallet is lovely but i wouldn't particular recommend the foundation!

Thats me for now!
